    By downloading and using the Reevy mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

    2. Nature of Service (Disclaimer)

    Not Therapy: The App provides AI-generated suggestions, educational content, and relationship strategies. It is NOT a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or legal advice.

    Professional Help: The App is not intended for use in crisis situations. If you are in a dangerous situation or need urgent psychological help, please contact emergency services or a professional therapist immediately.

    3. Subscriptions and Payments

    • Billing: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
    • Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's account settings.
    • Access: After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid billing period.
    • Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the billing policies of the respective App Store.

    4. User Conduct

    You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

    • Submitting content that is offensive, abusive, or violates the privacy of others.
    • Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the App's AI algorithms or infrastructure.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content, design, logos, and AI-generated strategies within the App are the intellectual property of the App developer. Your personal reflections and data provided to the App remain your own.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any personal decisions, actions, or consequences (emotional or otherwise) resulting from the use of AI-generated suggestions provided by the App. Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

    7. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
